Shanghai Co-way International Technology Transfer Center, as a government initiative, was jointly invested by Shanghai Technology Innovation Center, Shanghai Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park Development Corp., and International Technology Transfer Center of Tsinghua University in 2001, and is supported and promoted by the Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality. Shanghai Co-way is now steadily serving a range of targeted clients, including science parks, incubators, research institutions and relevant governmental agencies promoting international technology transfer, and has become one of the most professional international technology transfer service providers in Yangtze River Delta region.
