Objectives:

  This training workshop will aim at the interpretation of the changes and the application of Chinese legal rules and policies related to sea. it will also aim at the analysis and the solution of the most hot and frontier issues in the field of law of sea and maritime law. Students from different countries will have a more specific, deeper understanding about the view of global interests and humanism embodied in Chinese sea-related laws and policies.

Programs:

  The training program will include the following courses: The Innovation of Chinese Marine Technology and the Development of Related Rules, The Characteristic and the Solution of the National Maritime Disputes in the Background of New Technology, The Latest Development Regarding Marine Laws in the Background of Artificial Intelligence.A Study of Legal Issues Regarding Deep-sea Seabed Exploration, The Development of Shipping Technology and the Issues Related to Carriage of Goods by Sea, Ocean Remote Sensing Technology: the Changes Faced by Marine Laws and its Response, Research on the Issues of Policy and Legal Communication Regarding; Multimodal Transport Technology Cooperation, The Challenges to Maritime Law imposed by the Development of Intellectual Ships, and so on.
