Objectives:

  The aim is to help to built the platforms between the Central Asian countries and Russia's science and technology management cadres, to let them understand the development of science and technology in China, and China’s Science and Technology Policy and Science and Technology Management System, will further promote the Silk Road economic belt countries in science and technology policy research, practical technology and high-tech research and development and promote the economic and technological progress of all parties and achieve common prosperity.
