Director-General of Department of International Cooperation (DIC) Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST)??

In 1981, JIN started working at the Foreign Affairs Bureau (FAB), State Science and Technology Commission (SSTC). He was appointed as Deputy Director and later Director of Division of American  and Oceanian Affairs, FAB of SSTC; vice head of a SSTC poverty relief delegation to Huanggang City, Hubei Province; First Secretary of S&T Division of the Chinese Embassy in the USA; Deputy Director-General of DIC, SSTC; Deputy Director-General of DIC, MOST;  and Minister-Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in USA; JIN is now Director-General of DIC, MOST.
