With a Master?痵 degree, Mr. CHEN Linhao now serves as Deputy Director-General of DIC, MOST. CHEN started working in 1984. He used to be Deputy Director in the International Cooperation Department of the State Oceanic Administration, and later second and first secretary of the Chinese Mission to the EU and the Chinese Embassy in Belgium. Later in MOST, he headed the Division of Europe of DIC and then served as Science and Technology Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in the United States, and Director of International Organizations and Conferences. Currently, he is Deputy Director General of DIC.
